When we help a company find their next fractional expert, we look within our private talent network for the best overall matches. After you’re matched with a role, you’ll get an invitation to apply via your email account, which will allow you to submit an application. Since jobs move fast on Pangea, you’ll hear back within 48 hours if you’ve been selected to interview.

Scheduling interviews is one of the hardest parts of other hiring platforms, but we’ve smoothed out the friction by allowing you to link your Google or Outlook calendar directly to your Pangea account. When a client’s ready to talk to you, they’ll send an invitation to your calendar. Need to reschedule? Click the link in the calendar invite or check your email for more information. And when the time comes, you can join the call directly through the Pangea platform.

The only requirement to be matched with an open role on Pangea is having a complete, up-to-date, and active profile on our platform. To start getting matched, follow our progress bar to get to at least 80% profile completion. After that, update your profile with any new skills, projects, or roles in your professional life, and respond to any important emails you get from us.

Pangea works with Stripe to enable payments to over 160 countries around the world. After you submit an invoice, we get in touch with your client to ensure it’s paid in a timely manner. Once processed, your payment should land in your bank account shortly; but for your first payment, it make take a few extra days to clear.
